Dear Mike, I had an extraordinary mattress shopping and buying experience with you on Friday. The Grand Opening was wonderful and the new location is great with plenty of parking and inviting store atmosphere especially welcoming to knowledgeable mattress shoppers. I do not usually write reviews, however, I was blown away with the level of customer service, knowledge and floor inventory. Therefore, I felt a must to share my experience. Here’s the fact’s. I have been to many chain retail mattress and department stores claiming to have sales and wide selection of mattress products, only to be disappointed that the inventory line was very limited, with seemingly high- priced commission focused based items, or falsely inflated sales pricing. Many mattress stores have merged or left to take a chance with unknown online purchases. – Enough said on this point! Then, you go into the retail chain stores or big box stores and if you can find a sales associate that’s not busy many times they are unable to answer detailed informed product questions aside from what’s already written on the product tag. Enough Said on this point! I was refreshingly surprised upon entering a clean well appointed mattress store as I looked around, I thought, this can’t be a discount mattress store. I felt like I was in a mainstream mattress store without the games of inflated product pricing. I am talking expansive merchandise selection from All Latex Organic Rubber, Foam, Hybrids, Coil on Coil Innerspring Mattress, adjustable beds, bedding, furniture, and so much more! The store name truly fits.

First time a charm? What a great deal, and rewarding too! I have to say that I have never had a more delightful experience in buying a mattress set (King). The Sales guy (Jim) was informative, knowledgeable and most pleasant. Have to say he educated us… We got a good price after figuring out what we were looking for, across a wide variety units, and understanding what we were getting. It was our first stop. We went to 3 other places, and felt like they were all trying to ‘bamboozle’ us, and trying to fleece us as well! After we had ‘done the rounds’, I turned to my wife and said “Let’s go back and seal a deal with the first guys (Mattress and More Liquidators).” We went back, Jim was gone, the owner (Mike) was hauling in the display mattresses, and we said we were ‘tired of sleeping around’, and cut a deal. Turned out the first time WAS a charm!
